I stumbled across this site while searching for some box templates. Super Deluxe Tuckbox Template Maker. Designed for making templates for packs of cards.
It is as easy as entering your dimensions and selecting your paper size. It will give you a vector pdf file to download. Open Inkscape, ungroup, remove the writing and cut it out. No tracing required as it is vector ready.
